Information that you provide to us for Hony

1. Automatically collected data

Hony (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the App”) is a party and social game app developed by BYMDSIGN. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects,how it is used, and the choices available to you. By downloading or using Hony, you agree to the termsof this Privacy Policy.

2. Age requirement

Hony is rated for mature audiences (18+, or the equivalent age rating in your region) because it containsmature themes and alcohol-related content, including a game category (“Never Have I Ever”) designedas a drinking game. Hony is not intended for use by anyone under the legal drinking age in theirjurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a childhas used the App and provided us with personal data, please contact us using the details in Section 11 sowe can address it.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide

Hony does not require you to create an account or to provide a name, email address, or otheridentifying information in order to play. Any names or preferences you enter during gameplay (forexample, player names) are stored only on your device using local storage and are never transmitted tous or to any third party.

3.2 Automatically Collected Information

Hony reads your device's language setting to display the App's content in your preferred language,among the languages the App supports. This information is processed locally on your device and is notcollected, transmitted, or stored by us.

3.3 Purchases and Subscriptions

Hony offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchases areprocessed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and subscription management is handledthrough RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management platform.RevenueCat may collect and process information necessary to manage your purchase, such as arandomly generated app user identifier, purchase and transaction history, subscription status, and general device or platform information. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, orpayment card details — these are handled directly by Apple or Google.For details on how RevenueCat processes data, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

4. How We Use Information

We do not operate servers that collect gameplay or personal data. To the extent any data is processedas described in Section 3.3, it is used solely to: deliver and manage the premium subscription orpurchase you requested; restore your purchases across devices; and comply with applicable legal andfinancial record-keeping obligations related to purchases.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. The only third parties involved in the App are Apple Inc. andGoogle LLC (as payment processors and platform operators for app distribution and billing) andRevenueCat, Inc. (as our subscription management provider). We may also disclose information whererequired by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

Because Hony does not collect or store personal gameplay data on our servers, there is no server-sideretention of such data by us. Locally stored preferences remain on your device until you delete the Appor clear its data. Purchase and subscription records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat inaccordance with their own retention policies.

7. Data Security

We do not directly collect personal data. Any information processed through in-app purchases andsubscriptions relies on the industry-standard security measures maintained by Apple, Google, andRevenueCat.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction — for example, under the GDPR in the European Economic Area or theCCPA in California — you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and toobject to or restrict certain processing. Because we do not directly collect or store personal data,requests relating to purchase or subscription information should generally be directed to Apple, Google,or RevenueCat as the relevant data controller or processor.You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play accountsettings. You may uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data from your device.

9. International Data Transfers

Any data processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat in connection with purchases may be transferredto and processed in countries other than your own, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App’s features orapplicable legal requirements. The “Effective Date” at the top of this policy indicates when it was lastrevised. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
